The program will include sessions on Unclaimed Property, Judicial Updates, Legislative Updates, and Legal Ethics Issues for Land Use Attorneys. We'll also have a catered lunch and networking session.
UPDATE: The KBA has approved the seminar for the noted CLE hours (including ethics).

The seminar is FREE for MAAK members, and the cost is $100.00 for non-members (which will include a 2025 MAAK membership).

We will get started with registration from 8:30 am to 9:00 am, with the first session beginning at 9:00 am. The last session will conclude at 4:00 pm.
